AMINO RUSH

AMINO RUSH- the maximising muscle protein synthesis !! |
It provides the most important BCAA amino acids as well as L-glutamine for massive amino acid charge for muscle growth and recovery.
Particularly, immediately after hard exercise, when the digestive system is inadequate, the entire proteins contained in the conventional recovery drink do not end up optimally for muscle use.
AMINO RUSH contains only amino acids in pre-absorbable form that are absorbed smoothly even after or even during exercise.
In this way, the amino acids are immediately available for use by the muscles to initiate the recovery process.
NB! For optimum recovery, take RECOVERY FEED with carbohydrates and protein after half an hour after using AMINO RUSH.

SCIENCE FACTS
Hard-working training guides blood circulation from the digestive tract to the muscles and lungs (4).Changes in the activity of the nervous system, the secretion of hormones and digestive tract peptides, and the metabolic products formed, lead to changes in, inter alia, food absorption (4).
Of course, this weaker digestive activity does not return immediately after the exercise.
Exercise before being absorbed during absorption is caused by high-fibber, fat, and protein foods (4). However, proteins in powder form, especially whey proteins, are rapidly absorbed (2).
In general, the di- and tripeptides of the hydrolyzates can be absorbed faster than free amino acids (7).
However,
branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are rapidly and efficiently absorbed over many other amino acids (7), thereby rapidly transferring these amino acids to the muscles and thus a rapid response.
Practical experience shows that BCAA amino acids are absorbed more easily by whey protein during or immediately after hard training.
In practice, it is also more sensible to take high doses of BCAA as an amino acid mixture,
BCAAs, i.e.,
branched chain amino acids, play a key role in translating protein breakdown caused by exercise into the formation of new muscle proteins.
After the exercise, BCAA amino acids or a protein containing them are needed to restore protein synthesis to maximise the leucine content of the muscle tissue (10) and also to maximise the positive effects of the amino acids, thereby maximising muscle protein synthesis (9).
Glutamine is a neutral amino acid, which is thus absorbed faster than charged amino acids (8).
After the exercise, the intake of glutamine is beneficial as it, among other things, enhances glycogen synthesis, i.e., the formation of a storage carbohydrate after a consuming exercise.
Glutamine has been shown to induce muscle glycogen storage after a single 8-dose single dose of 60 grams of maltodextrin (3).
Leucine is one of the essential BCAA amino acids and may well be the single most important amino acid (1) for muscle growth.
For this reason, Amino Rush contains a very high concentration of the amino acid in question.
Glutamine and leucine together, on the other hand, accelerate insulin secretion more than just leucine (6), so they also enhance the storage of creatine in muscle.
Similarly, the inhibition of AMPK activity requires at least the presence of glutamine and leucine (6). AMPK again acts to inhibit protein synthesis during exercise (5).
Preventing AMPK activity may therefore remove the brake from muscle growth during exercise.
