What happen actual at the time of Menstrual cycle ?

Some women cope with pain by increasing physical activity, but this method is not for everyone.

 Herbal teas help to relax. To reduce irritability, reduce consumption of caffeinated products, including black tea and chocolate.

If you are using a tampon, choose those with a minimum absorption capacity, with a tampon being replaced every 4 hours. The diaphragm cannot be held for longer than 24 hours.
