Protein block - to boost energy - HIGH PROTEIN block !! |
LOW LACTOSE MILK PROTEIN BLEND
PROTEIN BLOCK is a new kind of daily protein supplement for athletes seeking maximum muscle growth. PROTEIN BLOCK differs from conventional protein powders as it also contains a papain enzyme that promotes digestion of protein proteins. Thanks to this enzyme, PROTEIN BLOCK reduces the load on the digestive system and improves the efficiency of the protein.
Protein sources in PROTEIN BLOCK are whey protein and casein. PROTEIN BLOCK contains these proteins in almost the same proportion as the mother's milk.
For muscle growth, the combination of these two proteins creates a favorable condition. Rapidly absorbed whey protein strongly accelerates the formation of new muscle tissue, and long-acting casein effectively blocks muscle tissue decomposition. Both mechanisms play a key role in achieving maximum muscle growth.
Active ingredients per recommended dose (30 g):
1. Accelerates muscle block formation and prevents it
- Low-lactose whey protein and calcium caseinate 24 g
2. Protein digestion in the stomach promotes:
- Papain 375 mg

SCIENCE FACTS
Protein Block contains a blend of rapidly absorbed low-lactose whey protein and slowly absorbed casein.Milk protein consists of these two proteins, namely casein and whey. Whey protein is rapidly absorbed and strongly accelerates protein synthesis, but on the other hand, this effect is quite short-lived. (4, 5, 6) Whey protein alone is therefore not a particular anti-catabolic source of protein that would make muscle use amino acids and prevent muscle tissue from disrupting for longer. Of course (and in the morning), the whey protein alone works very well.
The additional protein consumed during the day would therefore be good to include, in addition to whey protein, a longer-acting protein source such as casein.
Namely, casein releases the amino acids more slowly into the bloodstream and has a positive effect on the protein balance for several hours. (4, 6) This is the result of cassette ligation in the digestive tract, which slows down the release of amino acids.
(4) Casein is therefore a highly anti-catabolic protein, which effectively inhibits the disruption of muscle tissue into energy.
(1) Thus, whey protein and casein together form an ideal blend of proteins absorbed at different rates as a protein supplement to daily meals.
The function of the digestive enzymes is to accelerate the digestion of the food intake into the absorbable form.
(2) Proteolytic enzymes, such as papain added to Protein Block, thus contribute to the digestion of dietary proteins into absorbable amino acids and di- and tripeptides.
(2) Athletes often use digestive enzymes worldwide to maximise the benefits of the protein they consume and to minimise digestive problems.
(2) Proteolytic enzymes also appear to have been shown to reduce muscle damage caused by eccentric load and to speed up muscle recovery. (3)
