SOIJA90 is a quality soy protein isolate produced by a water extraction method. This method precisely removes soybean fat and carbohydrate making the SOIJA90 protein more abdominal than regular soy meal.

Soy is an energy source from plants. The soy protein amino acid composition is very good.
